• Mrs. Huwra Zohair (Tehseen)

    Mrs. Huwra Zohair, Frobel Academy Director, has been in the teaching profession for the past 27 years. She founded her preschool Frobel Play School in 2003. She is recognized as a pioneer in the field of education and special needs education in Chittagong. She has a Bachelors degree in English Language Teaching, Bachelors of Arts, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Diploma is Special Education Needs Coordinator, Leadership Training from Riverside school Ahmadabad, and a Masters Degree in Education from Ashford University, USA. She has also completed a certificate in School Leadership and Management from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. She is also a board member of BSRM Group of Companies and has been involved in a number of the Group’s CSR activities.

  • Sabeen Aameir

    Mrs. Sabeen Aameir, a Director of Frobel Academy, has been on the Board of Directors of BSRM Group of Companies for the past many years. She is actively involved in a number of CSR and Human Resource activities in BSRM. She has a Bachelors of Economics, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and a professional certificate in Leadership and Management in Education. 

  • Nusrat Khan

    Nusrat Khan, the Head of School, has been working in the genre of Education Management following International Curriculum since 24 years. She has a Masters in ELT and a masters in Philosophy, as well as a certificate in Education Management from AKU-IED. As a certified British Council leadership trainer, she has developed and executed a number of school leaders and teachers’ training programmes for various institutions. She has attended a number of international conferences including Schools Now 2018, Cambridge School Conferences 2019 and Design for Change Conference 2023. She has expertise in curriculum development, academic management, assessment and evaluation, training and development. What she enjoys about working at Frobel Academy is the attempt towards diversity and letting learners enjoy through experiential learning.

  • Rehnuma Termeen (Taneema)

    Rehnuma Termeen, fondly known as Taneema, has been a valued member of Frobel Academy for fifteen years working initially for Frobel Play School and joined Frobel Academy as Head of Keystage 1 in 2017. During this time, she has mastered the culture and values that define Frobel, living our belief that “Every Child Matters.”

    Her journey has been enriched by extensive training in Phonics, Early Childhood Education, Inclusive Learning, Learning Disabilities, Sensory Integration, Play Therapy, Autism Awareness, English Language, and Classroom Management. Alongside her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she is STEM certified and a Cambridge certified teacher, equipping her with both academic and practical expertise.

    Taneema believes every child is intelligent and capable, and that teachers play a vital role in helping students realize their full potential. In August 2025, she assumed the role of Head of Key Stage 3, bringing her vision, dedication, and leadership to guide students through this critical stage of growth and learning. Her commitment to Frobel Academy ensures that students at Key Stage 3 are guided with vision, care, and the belief that every child matters.

  • Alisha Tariq Changi

    Mrs. Alisha Tariq Changi has been in the field of education since 2009 and has been a part of Frobel Academy since 2020. She has excelled as an educator leading the academic department as Head of English at Frobel Academy. Currently, she is the Head of Key Stage 2 leading grade levels 4 to 7. She is creative, innovative and builds collaborative relationships with learners and the team. She has a Bachelors of Science (HONs) in Business Management and several professional development courses in English Language Teaching (ELT), Thinking Routines, Principles of Teaching and Learning series, Cambridge Primary and Secondary Curriculum, as well as leadership. She has a passion for education and aims to be a lifelong learner in this field.

  • Umma Salma Shameem

    Umma Salma Shameem is an accomplished education leader with nearly two decades of experience in teaching and academic leadership. She has been actively engaged in the field of education since 2007, working with reputed Cambridge, Edexcel, and IB curriculum-based schools. Her exposure to diverse international frameworks has shaped a holistic, learner-centered approach to education.

    She joined Frobel Academy, a Cambridge and STEM accredited school, as a Science Teacher for Grades 4 and 5 and Team Lead, and currently serves as the Head of Key Stage 1, leading Grades 1 to 3. In this role, she focuses on strengthening early learning foundations through effective teaching practices, strong leadership, and collaborative teamwork. Deeply committed to continuous professional growth, Salma has participated in extensive professional development including Classroom Management, Dyslexia, Differentiation and Inclusion, IB PYP workshops, Reniscience, Cambridge Primary and Secondary Curriculum, and Leadership training.

    As an educational leader, she firmly believes that every learner possesses unique potential and an individual learning style waiting to be unlocked. She advocates for purposeful changes in teaching methodologies that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and experiential learning. Her vision is to nurture confident, reflective, and independent learners who develop a lifelong love for exploration—an essential foundation for empowering Gen Alpha learners to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

  • Mr. MD Amzad Hossen

    Mr. MD Amzad Hossen, is Head of Finance-Accounts and Administration at Frobel Academy. He has been in the Finance profession for the past 12 years and has vast experience in cloud accountancy, regulatory compliance, Financials and Management. He is a Licensed Tax Consultant at NBR and Member of Chittagong Taxes Bar Association (3536). Mr. Hossen has Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is also Advanced Certified on QBO & XERO and Trainer On cloud based software QBO, Xero, and office application of MS Excel and data management. He has expertise on digital and affiliate marketing like G-ad management, FB ad management, SEO and Lead generation.
